India in Ibiza

Last September, Ibiza hosted a very special wedding, that of Meera and Prashant, an Indian couple in love with the island. It was a wedding with over 600 guests, which was a new challenge for the team at Toni Seguí Barcelona.

The wedding took place in three different venues on the island: Hotel Me Ibiza and the famous fashion venues Lío and Heart.

The day before the wedding, the bride and groom invited all their guests to "Sangeet", a Hindu celebration that culminated at Lío Ibiza with a fantastic show. The next day, the ceremony was held in a spectacular dome covered with roses and hydrangeas in pastel shades, created from a 6-metre-high iron structure and thousands of flowers. The combination of the colours of the dome, the blue of the Ibizan sea and the traditional Indian outfits of the bride and groom was truly beautiful.

The project was designed by The Wedding Design Company (WDC) from India and was executed and managed by the team at Toni Seguí Barcelona. We had the opportunity to reconnect with the beautiful Hindu culture with which we strongly identity. The result was a beautiful ceremony and two fantastic parties in incomparable settings.
